ACG Holland’s first 2010 Lunch Meeting a large success

Amsterdam, The Netherlands, April 21, 2010 – ACG Holland today held its first of a series of Luncheon Meetings in 2010 at the headquarters of the leading Dutch law firm Houthoff Buruma. ACG Holland is associated with the ACG USA and is an initiative in cooperation with Holland Private Equity, Holland Corporate Finance, Houthoff Buruma and Van Lanschot Bankiers. During the meeting themed “Doing Business in China”, presentations were given by two highprofile speakers: Mr. Boudewijn Poldermans (AETICO) and Mr. Louwrens Dijkstra (CEO of Hyva). AETICO has extensive experience with the Chinese market, having assisted both Chinese and European private and public organization in defining and realizing access to market, real estate and investment strategies. The company, moreover, has been involved in a diversity of M&A projects. Hyva, in turn, is a globally active firm established in 1979 which is committed to the development, production, marketing and distribution of components for the commercial vehicle industry.

The meeting was attended by more than 100 interested guests, including management board members of small and mid-cap companies, lawyers and corporate finance advisors. The next meeting is scheduled for June 15, 2010 and will feature a presentation by Holland Corporate Finance on Debt Advisory.
