Investment team internship – working student (part-time)

Role

The part-time working student role will involve an active participation in the heart of our deal sourcing activities. This entails the mapping of selected industries, conducting related strategic industry analyses (based on third-party research, industry journals, etc.), and actively approaching interesting investment targets as well as supporting the team with administrative tasks. Moreover, on an occasional basis, the working student could be involved in the investment processes.

You will be based in our Amsterdam headquarter and have the opportunity to gain extensive insights on growth capital in the technology sector.

Skill & Experience Required

We look for individuals who can balance personal achievement and teamwork, have intensity and integrity, intellectual curiosity, leadership potential and a passion for excellence. Furthermore, attention to detail, proactivity and flexibility are highly valued. Moreover, we are looking for a person who expresses a strong interest in technology-related markets and envisions a long term career in growth capital, venture capital, private equity or investment banking. In addition, HPE’s main business language in the office is English (no German or Dutch language skills required, although preferred). The position would be for three months, however we are aiming to build a long term relation.
