Amsterdam, The Netherlands, June 15, 2010 – ACG Holland, presided by Holland Private Equity Managing Director Hans van Ierland, on June 15 organized its second Luncheon Meeting of 2010. ACG Holland is associated with the ACG USA and is an initiative in cooperation with Holland Private Equity, Holland Corporate Finance, Houthoff Buruma and Van Lanschot Bankiers.
During the meeting themed “Buy-out financing in the year 2010”, two high-profile speakers shared their views with the attendees on both the current status of acquisition debt market as well as their expectations for the near-term future. The first presentation of the day was given by Mr. Ard Burgers from Deutsche Bank, a seasoned expert in leveraged finance transactions. His presentation was followed by a presentation by Mr. Rolf Nuijens from Intermediate Capital Group, which has an impressive track-record in direct investments in mezzanine debt. The meeting, which on this occassion was hosted by Holland Corporate Finance at its Zuidas office, was well received by the attending community of small to midcap company leaders and financial industry advisors.
